Our online communications services have expanded. In addition to the design and content development of an institution's foundational (".edu") website, we also set up (or maximize the performance of) a school's collection of social networking sites. This service is a natural extension of our Market Voicing(SM) Brand Development work in that the conversations we foster and the stories we tell through these venues are brand coherent, supporting a school's promise, key messages and unique campus experience. Content postings (on the .edu website, Facebook pages, blogs, Twitter posts, etc.) follow an editorial schedule based on an integrated marketing plan. Performance reports of all of these activities are provided. We will oversee the actual postings or train the school's staff to manage it on their own.
